Jeremy Theis – Vice President

While still overseeing CG Schmidt’s healthcare business unit, Jeremy now also leads all Managing Directors and business units in the Milwaukee office. He provides executive leadership across healthcare, multifamily, senior living, corporate, and K‑12 sectors. Building lasting client partnerships and uniting diverse teams around shared goals, Jeremy combines disciplined, process-driven leadership with strategic vision. His guidance ensures alignment across performance, growth, and operational execution, strengthening both client relationships and team outcomes. A former U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer and veteran of deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, Jeremy brings a unique perspective on leadership, resilience, and service—both on projects and in the community.

Andy Wiegman – Managing Director, Healthy Living

Since serving as Project Executive, Andy now leads CG Schmidt’s Healthy Living business unit, overseeing multifamily and senior living projects. In his expanded role, he drives strategic growth, operational excellence, and client-focused execution. With extensive experience in real estate development and construction management, Andy offers both an owner’s perspective and practical insight into complex residential and senior living projects, positioning the Healthy Living portfolio for continued expansion and success.

Charlie Haas – Senior Director, Project Development

Having served as Director of Preconstruction, Charlie now leads CG Schmidt’s preconstruction efforts as Senior Director, Project Development. He will work closely with clients, architects, and development partners to define scope, manage risk, and align budgets with program goals. A Registered Architect with experience spanning design, owner-side representation, and construction, Charlie brings strategic insight and market-informed guidance that empowers clients to make confident, well-informed decisions.
