Two Rivers Public School District

The Two Rivers School District partnered with CG Schmidt to complete a district-wide facilities improvement initiative focused on safety, functionality, and long-term value for the community. The upgrades spanned several schools, providing students and staff with improved, more efficient learning environments.

At LB Clarke Middle School, two new additions were constructed to expand educational space, and a comprehensive interior renovation enhanced overall building flow and usability. At Two Rivers High School, JF Magee Elementary, and J Koenig Elementary, CG Schmidt completed security upgrades at main entries, along with select interior renovations and facility improvements aimed at addressing aging infrastructure.

Construction took place while school remained in session, requiring precise coordination and careful site management. Strict access protocols were enforced to maintain student and staff safety throughout. The project also included utility relocations and upgrades to building systems—executed with careful planning due to limited existing documentation.

These improvements reflect the district’s dedication to maintaining safe, high-quality learning environments and investing in the future of Two Rivers students and families.
