Luther Manor Memory Care

Completed a 5,200 SF single-story addition at Luther Manor, featuring a new centralized main entrance designed to enhance visitor access and campus navigation. The addition includes a welcoming entrance canopy and vestibule, a reception area, display and lounge spaces, a mail room, sales office and conference room—creating a cohesive and functional environment for residents, families, and staff.

A new corridor was also constructed to connect the existing adult daycare building with the special care center. This corridor includes a unisex restroom and mechanical room, improving accessibility and operational efficiency across the campus to further modernize and improve the facility’s services and spaces.
