Congregational Home

The Congregational Home project includes an expansion of the existing facility in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The new, two-story building includes 21 Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRF), assisted living space, community rooms, fitness rooms, a theater and underground parking.

Minimizing disruption to the residents at Congregational Home was a critical component of the project. The team implemented CG Schmidt’s disruption mitigation plan to coordinate the isolation of noise and vibration, contain airborne contaminants and plan utility tie-ins. This plan resulted in the successful replacement of both the primary power and gas feed with minimal disruption to residents and ongoing operations.
