This two-phase project involves the construction of two five-story, market-rate apartment buildings along Lake Avenue. Phase I includes approximately 100 residential units, with Phase II adding another 90 units. In partnership with Hovde Properties, the development aims to integrate “Smart Cities” concepts initially envisioned for the Foxconn initiative, including advanced in-unit electrical features, sustainable building technologies, and smart infrastructure.
