Aurora Urgent Care – Mequon

Completed a seamless building addition along with comprehensive infrastructure upgrades to improve safety, efficiency and functionality. The new wood-framed addition was constructed using prefabricated trusses and wall panels and finished with durable fiber cement siding and a shingled roof that integrates cohesively with the existing structure.

To ensure long-term performance, the facility received complete systems upgrades, including new lighting and fixtures throughout; a state-of-the-art fire alarm and sprinkler system; and enhanced technology features such as access control, paging, sound masking and nurse call systems. Mechanical and plumbing improvements included a new rooftop unit, connection to city water and upgraded fixtures—ensuring modern comfort, code compliance and reliability.
