A thoughtfully designed senior living community in Menomonee Falls, Dickson Hollow brings together 118 independent living units in an environment centered on comfort, convenience, and connection. The development is designed to support an active, engaging lifestyle, where residents can move seamlessly between private living spaces and vibrant shared amenities that encourage community and wellness.

Scope of Work: The project includes the construction of a multi-building residential community featuring 118 independent living units, complemented by a variety of resident-focused amenities. A central town center clubroom serves as the heart of the community, alongside an expansive outdoor patio, gazebo with grilling area, bocce ball courts, fitness center, and library. The site also incorporates dedicated parking for 155 vehicles, ensuring accessibility and ease for residents and guests. The layout prioritizes both independence and connection, offering spaces for gathering, recreation, and everyday living.
