Steve began his career at CG Schmidt 25 years ago and has consistently exemplified excellence, leadership and a passion for mentorship. Over the years, he has played a key role in many of our most impactful projects, demonstrating both technical expertise and a deep commitment to the communities we serve in Milwaukee.
Beyond his professional contributions, Steve is a passionate advocate for youth development and workforce readiness. He has been instrumental in leading and supporting youth apprenticeship programs, where he mentors high school students exploring careers in construction. His guidance and encouragement have opened doors for many young individuals, helping to build a more diverse, skilled, and inclusive workforce.
