Kirkland Crossings

Designed to support modern, independent senior living, Kirkland Crossings in Pewaukee is a thoughtfully planned four-story residential community featuring 77 independent living units. The development balances comfort, accessibility, and connection, creating an environment where residents can enjoy independence while staying closely connected to shared spaces that foster engagement and an active lifestyle.

Scope of Work: The project includes the construction of a four-story senior living facility utilizing a precast podium with wood-frame construction above, and complemented by a variety of shared amenity spaces designed to support social interaction and daily convenience. Underground parking is integrated into the development, enhancing accessibility and providing residents with secure, weather-protected parking.

Community-Centered Design: Kirkland Crossings community is designed to support a vibrant, resident-focused lifestyle through intentional spaces that encourage connection and well-being. Shared amenities promote social engagement while maintaining opportunities for privacy and independence within each residence. The result is a cohesive, welcoming environment that prioritizes quality of life, accessibility, and wellness.
