M3 Insurance’s new Class-A office space, located on the second floor of the Innovation One building, supports the company’s growing workforce with a modern and efficient layout. This tenant improvement project was carefully scheduled to ensure a smooth transition from M3’s adjacent, fully occupied office without disrupting daily operations. The build-out features private offices, conference rooms, open workstations and a welcoming break room equipped with a golf simulator—blending productivity with employee wellness.
