This 313,000 SF facility includes a 60-room boutique hotel, with extended stay suites featuring complete kitchenette and living area, food service areas and rooms for campus visitors. Rooms provide views of historic Camp Randall Stadium or downtown Madison, Union South Plaza, or the green roof. The eco-conscious hotel also offers an array of contemporary amenities for business or family stays. Guests can park underground or in the parking structure that accommodates 175 cars. The project was certified LEED Gold by USGBA.
