The Edgewater is the only hotel with a AAA Four Diamond Rating in Madison or Dane County. CG Schmidt was hired to replace the previous contractor who built the 202 room hotel and stopped work prior to completion. CG Schmidt conducted numerous repairs and renovations to guest rooms, offices, public spaces, and kitchen and dining areas; all without interruption to service or negative guest reviews.
