CORPORATE FACILITY
This facility is a non-clinical location for various administrative duties and classes for the UW Health system. CG Schmidt renovated the second and third floors of UW Health’s Information Systems operations at 1212 Deming Way in Madison. In addition to creating modern work spaces and employee common areas, a STEM program and maker space was added to the second floor and larger classrooms with audio visual learning were added to the third. The project also included a new sprinkler system for all four floors of the building, a new water main and the replacement of AHU-1 & AHU-2.
