CG Schmidt Madison Office
CORPORATE FACILITY
Originally constructed in 1964 to serve as the headquarters for the Wisconsin branch of AAA, floors one and two of newly renovated 433 West Washington office building in downtown Madison serve as the permanent office for CG Schmidt’s Madison team. The building revitalization involved a complete gut and remodel, cutting new windows into the brick exterior, and a complete replacement of the buildings MEP systems, among others. The new offices feature floor-to-ceiling windows, a large reconfigurable training room, two conference rooms, a rooftop patio and more.
