MADISON, WI – CG Schmidt is pleased to announce that Ben Delzer has been appointed to head operations of our Madison-based Special Projects Group. With more than 20 years of construction industry experience, the last five with CG Schmidt, Ben is no novice when it comes to managing construction projects of all sizes, shapes, and types. His background covers all aspects of construction, including project management, field coordination, and even carpentry. Ben recently managed the construction of the new Tennyson Senior Living Community on Madison’s north side, winner of In Business Magazine’s 2019 Commercial Design Award for Best New Multifamily Development.

CG Schmidt formed our Special Projects Group in 2017 to specifically tackle small-scale renovation, maintenance, and repair projects so our clients never have to trade reliability, quality, and accountability for speed, scale and cost.
