This 210,000 square-foot corporate headquarters expansion included open office areas, private offices, conference and meeting rooms. The open office space had a raised access floor. The project also included a kitchen and serving area; a fitness center; and expansion of their existing data center. The data center was upgraded to a Tier 2+ to provide electrical and HVAC equipment redundancy and UPS back-up. The work was completed in phases to keep the data center in operation while the renovation work was underway. A new 450-stall parking structure and a 20,000 square-foot remote support building housing a Central Utility Plant was also constructed. Site-work included infiltration basins, a pond and waterfall, a natural prairie and extensive landscaping.
