EDUCATIONAL FACILITY
CG Schmidt partnered with the Waupun Area School District to address aging infrastructure, safety, security, and accessibility at all four district schools, while improving educational environments. Other maintenance projects such as window replacements, roof repairs, parking lot improvements, HVAC upgrades and more, were also included. Within the schools, classrooms were renovated to create flexible learning environments, the cafeterias and gymnasiums were upgraded, and a new athletic complex was built at the Junior/Senior High School.
