CORPORATE FACILITY
This project consisted of a five-story building that includes a three-level pre-cast parking structure with 550 stalls. Green features that were used to achieve LEED Silver certification include bicycle storage and changing rooms, parking for low-emissions vehicles, waterless urinals, fuel efficient vehicles, bioswale systems, low-power density lighting, high-efficiency HVAC equipment and exterior window upgrades for a better U-value. During construction, CG Schmidt used low-emitting materials, as well as recycled and regional materials. Tenants include Saputo Cheese, CoreLogic, Managed Health, and Advicent
