Elmbrook School District Central Admin Office

New construction of a 14,311-square-foot Administrative Office Building for the School District of Elmbrook. The new building includes technology upgrades to facilitate virtual meetings, district wide HVAC and Lighting control integration, and large windows to provide natural light into the office spaces. The site work includes a 59 stall parking lot, extension of public utilizes, and storm water bioretention pond. The building had been construction without disturbance to the surrounding wetlands.
