Muskego-Norway School District

As part of a $43.18 million facilities improvement referendum, CG Schmidt managed the construction of a new 137,000 square-foot, 800-student middle school to allow the District to repurpose the existing combined elementary and middle school to serve only elementary students and close two other decrepit elementary schools. The new middle school boasts larger classrooms designed to meeting 21st century learning standards, well-equipped STEM spaces, and a full range of athletic facilities. In addition to the new, modern and energy-efficient middle school, renovations and additions were completed at all three elementary schools. Improvements were made to safety and security, infrastructure, building systems, classrooms, and the parking lot.
