Alexian Village Health and Rehabilitation Center
SENIOR LIVING FACILITY
The Alexian Village Health and Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing care addition connected to the Alexian Village senior living campus. The new structure includes a drive-up canopy and glass-enclosed walkway to the main entrance on the ground level along with a new vestibule, stair entrance and storage room. The addition also adds a total of 13 private skilled nursing rooms on the second and third floors. CG Schmidt also upgraded the existing MEP systems to service the additional space.
