CG Schmidt is pleased to announce some of our newest employees to the CG Schmidt family.
Carla Stephany – Project Engineer
Carla grew up in the trades and that has heavily influenced her career. She previously owned her own construction company and is an Air Force Veteran. Carla will is currently working on our Eastcastle Place and Belle City Square projects.

Sebastián Veloso – Project Manager – Estimating
Sebastián earned his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Pontifica Universidad Católica de Chile, in Santiago, Chile, and began his career as a Field Engineer and Estimator at De Vicente Construction Company.

Jason Schulte – Senior Superintendent
Jason attended the University of North Texas and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering after serving in the U.S. Air Force. He brings diverse construction experience from working in several different states.

Samira Nilieh – Project Manager
Samira earned her bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Daneshpajoohan Institute of Higher Education in Esfahan, Iran and her Master’s in Civil Engineering with Specialization in Construction Engineering, from Marquette University.

Lyne Roznos – Project Coordinator
Lyne brings 28 years of experience and strong communication and organizations skills to her role as a Project Coordinator. Lyne will support project teams by preparing, processing and tracking construction documentation including submittals, O&M manuals and drawings for clients.

Nina Osborne – Project Engineer
Nina earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and started her career in the Marketing and Public Relations department at the Milwaukee Art Museum. She utilized her strong communication skills by strategizing, writing and executing the media outreach plan for exhibits. Most recently, Nina worked for Cornerstone One as an Assistant Project Manager where she worked with all project stakeholders through the management of project documents.

Martha Navarro – Risk Management Assistant
Martha attended Messmer High School and recently earned her associate degree in Human Resources from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Throughout high school and college, she held a variety of roles in retail and brings five years of customer service and retail management experience to our team.

Brian Zeller – Senior Project Manager
Brian attended the University of Wisconsin – Washington County where he studied Construction Management, Architecture and Carpentry. Throughout his career, Brian has built an extensive history of successful design build and hard bid projects like St. Vincent Health Center in Erie, PA, Summa Health Systems in Akron, OH, St. John’s Health Center in Detroit, MI, St. Ann Intergenerational Care Facility in St. Francis and Matterhaus Memory Care in Germantown.

Beth Tabat – Project Coordinator
Beth joins our Project Coordinator team with thirty years of administrative and project support experience. Beth started her career in construction as a Document Control Secretary with Oscar J. Boldt Construction. She worked as a Project Manager Assistant for The Bentley Company for ten years preparing owner contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, processed submittals and prepared job progress reports.

Adam Buss – Project Manager
Adam grew up in Franklin and earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology Management with emphasis in Building Construction Management and minor in Business Administration, from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. He brings experience with managing projects in the healthcare, education, retail, and banking markets. His projects include Carter Credit Union, Gateway Technical College iMET Expansion, and Midwestern Regional Medical multi-unit renovation and radiology suite remodel.
