Senior Vice President, Dan Davis, will be presenting in three sessions at this year’s WASBO Fall Conference on Friday, October 4, 2019 at the Osthoff Resort and Conference Center in Elkhart Lake, WI.

Joined by industry professionals and clients including school superintendents, financial advisers, architects and construction leaders, Davis will illustrate topics that are important to education personal and how to help them in future facility improvement efforts.

“Congrats, You Passed a Referendum! Now What Do I Do?”

Districts hear a lot about strategies to pass a referendum but not a lot about what happens after a successful referendum. This session will focus on what school leaders will need to know in order to navigate through the borrowing of debt, as well as the design and construction processes.

This presentation will address how the Cedarburg School District (CSD) developed their Long-Range Master Plan (LRMP) to identify and confirm teaching and learning needs to achieve CSD’s vision: to be a premier school district in the country, now and in 5, 10 and 25 years. Our team will share the end-product of months of research, community input and strategic planning… all boiled down into a 29-page LRMP that the District’s leadership and community will use as their guide for years to come.
