Mark Lillesand, LEED AP, Senior Vice President of CG Schmidt, has worked in construction his entire career and has been an employee of CG Schmidt for over 24 years. He has provided leadership on some of CG Schmidt’s most complex projects including the Uline Corporate Campus, West Bend Mutual Insurance, GE Healthcare’s World Headquarters, and most recently the Aurora 84 South Health Center.

Additionally, Mark has been instrumental in improving internal operations, like establishing lean culture at CG Schmidt. As a core team member of the Wisconsin Chapter Lean Construction Institute, Mark has helped CG Schmidt place importance on helping clients get the most value for their investment in a facility.

Mark is dedicated to promoting the integrity of projects and innovating project delivery methods at CG Schmidt. He has goals to utilize lean delivery methods to optimize project results, increase value to the owner, reduce waste, and maximize efficiency through all phases of design, fabrication and construction. His innovation, methodical planning and dedication to lean construction are second to none, applying critical thought and care to every task, large or small.
