Bryce Unger, Vice President at CG Schmidt, has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry.  Bryce leads the preconstruction and construction efforts for large corporate, healthcare and higher education clients. He has provided leadership on some of CG Schmidt’s most complex projects including Northwestern Mutual Tower and Commons, Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital redevelopment, and most recently, the Landmark Credit Union Headquarters.

Through his longstanding client and community relationships, Bryce has led hundreds of significant projects throughout Wisconsin. He serves as a mentor to many of CG Schmidt’s project managers.  As the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee chair, Bryce has championed the firm’s subcontractor pipeline program, which creates a forum for underrepresented, small business owners and tradespeople to qualify to participate in upcoming projects and to seek business and individual career development opportunities.  Furthermore, Bryce continues to be a champion for sustainable construction practices. For the duration of Bryce’s career, every project under Bryce’s leadership has utilized sustainable methods and features.
