CG Schmidt helped the Greendale School District successfully pass their April 3, 2007 capital referendum to renovate Greendale High School, the first major project work since 1971. Passage of the measure allows Greendale High School to maintain high quality programs and technology, renovate science labs, add new flooring, renovate locker rooms and rest rooms, add new windows, replace the aging heating system, entry security and provide adequate lunch room space.
