CG Schmidt recently began a capital improvement program at the Menomonee Falls High School in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Unfortunately, the approved referendum budget did not account for an area of the school affectionately known as "The Dirt Room". This room was left unfinished and back filled with dirt decades ago. CG Schmidt's team of estimators and project leaders made it their mission to find hidden value in that original referendum budget to clean out the dirt room.

Through creative thinking and comprehensive bid coverage, our team found enough available funds in the budget to turn the dirt room into the new weight room. This was all done without sacrificing scope or quality. This district, especially the football team, is quite happy with the results.
