Tosa Pool at Hoyt Park and The Landing
COMMUNITY FACILITY
This project involved construction of a community pool complex and renovation of an old bath house into a pavilion that included a concession stand, space for a coffee shop or restaurant, shower and changing facilities and ticket office. The pool complex included a water play set, diving board, diving blocks, water slide and lounge areas. Later phases included the construction of “The Landing,” an outdoor beer garden with a performance stage.
