Sheboygan Falls Middle School

CG Schmidt successfully provided pre-referendum services to the Sheboygan Falls School District for their November 2016 referendum. This project included acquiring land and the construction of a new Middle School for grades five through eight next to Sheboygan Falls Elementary School. Additionally, CG Schmidt built an early learning addition to the Elementary School, provided safety improvements such as creating secure main entrances at the High School and Elementary School and replacing the High School bleachers, addressed high-priority, long-term capital maintenance needs such as roof repairs and replaced obsolete heating, cooling, and ventilation system controls equipment. Lastly, the existing Middle School was demolished.
