SENIOR LIVING FACILITY
This project consisted of a new facility and renovation/demolition of an existing facility. The care model is based upon four houses of skilled nursing with 20 beds each and a 16-bed assisted living CBRF built to I-2 standards. The scope of work also included updating and connecting existing MEP systems to the newly constructed portion.
