CG Schmidt completed a large expansion and renovation to high school academic spaces, which included an addition of a new academic wing with a secure entrance; larger science labs; remodeled small group learning spaces; commons areas and corridors; upgrades to mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems; as well as an additional 187 parking stalls. The project also included an 850-seat auditorium; new chorus, band and music classroom spaces; larger and relocated art spaces; and relocating a practice field to make room for the additional parking stalls.
