INDUSTRIAL FACILITY
CG Schmidt was chosen to build this new facility on a 28-acre site. The quality and flatness of the concrete floors in the warehouse were of utmost importance due to the 25-foot-high racking covering 30,000 square feet. The remaining areas of warehouse included 60,000 square feet of assembly space with a significant amount of process piping needs, 13,000 square feet of lab/development space, 7,000 square feet with an overhead crane for heavy hydraulic solutions, an 8,000-square-foot paint line, and 23,000 square feet for shipping/receiving with 16 loading dock doors.
